"We loved our stay at Tunnel Urban Retreat. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. We had a group of 6 people in the 3 bedroom suite and it was perfect for our group with quiet rooms. The pool was excellent, an oasis in the middle of the city. Walking distance to the night market, old market, great food. I would recommend this to anyone coming to Siem Reap."

"The location was fairly close to pub street. My major negative is the air conditioning in the room was not that good. It literally took two hours to cool off when I checked in and it was a battle to keep the room cool enough."

We were spoilt in the day with treats liked chopped fruit. We were picked up by a the driver who also was our tuktuk driver for our visits to Angkor Wat. Do not book tour tours before arriving, we just booked Angkor wat tickets direct and then used the hotel tuktuk tours. Free tuktuk to town every...

"First thing I noticed when I entered our room was the towel on the bed, which was thread-bare. It was thin and just a tad better than a paper towel. I requested for a two-bed room when I reserved the room but when I got there, I was told that they can give me a two bed for only three nights of our four nights stay. Imagine packing up our things to transfer to another room. "
