"Every staff member that I interacted with at this hotel (and there were many) were professional, friendly and helpful. I was always greeted and the staff and management went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. The rooms here are huge and the bed is very comfortable. "The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We were greeted with smiles every morning and they did everything to make our stay memorable. Freshly squeezed juice on arrival with cooling towels which were very welcome considering the heat. Food was great and the margaritas exceptional. Close to everything. Only drawback was the proximity to one of the hostels, making it a bit noisy in the evening. "
