Would give this 6+ stars if that was possible - the hotel staff, especially Sophie, were all very friendly and helpful greeting us by name whenever we returned back to the hotel from a day out. The hotel itself is well located within easy walking distance of Pub Street, market street etc.. if you like busier areas, or set off in the opposite direction for more local food outlets and shops etc.. - exceeded all our expectations - the perfect base for a few days in Siem Reap

Very friendly staff and so helpful. Always there with a smile. The breakfast was good and the rooms and pool area were lovely but was great to have a balcony so you had privacy but didn’t have to be in the air con all the time.

The entire staff at the Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful; and they were really fun to talk to. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Siem Reap.

Everything was spectacular! The staff were extremely kind and attentive, the hotel was very centric and pretty, and the food was very good. We loved their attention to detail; when we arrived we were greeted with cold towels, our room was decorated with flowers on the bed along with a free welcome drink and treat, and for our sunrise tour to Angkor Wat they even prepared us breakfast baskets to take on the go. And on our way out they helped us reseal a package we had and gave us scarves as a memento! We are sad we only had two nights at this wonderful place. 100% would recommend!

Reserved 3 rooms for my family. All of us really enjoyed our three night stay. The staff were super courteous and anticipated things we might want. The rooms were wonderful and we had a turndown service each night with some small snack left for us. Breakfast was very good - we had the Eggs Benny each day with fruits from the buffet. Coffee was made to order as well! I live in hotels 11 months of the year and this is one of my favourite in this price range - mainly due to the staff!!

何年も前に泊まって印象が良かったので久しぶりに利用。ベッドにはwelcomeではなくwelcome backの文字が。全員笑顔でのコミュニケーション、朝食はバイキングではないが、食後フルーツの提案。外出から戻るたびに冷たいおしぼりと水のサーブ。日本人からするとやや過剰かもしれないですが、一人旅でも年配者でも安心できるホテルです。

Best Hotel Experience Ever! From the moment my family and I arrived, this hotel gave us a truly unforgettable and pleasant experience. We checked in late at night, but the hospitality was immediate and exceptional. As soon as we stepped out of the car, the staff welcomed us like royalty—helping with our luggage and even offering refreshing drinks and fruit while we waited. The rooms were incredibly spacious, spotless, and beautifully prepared. One of the most touching gestures was finding one of our names spelled out in flowers on the bed—such a thoughtful and personalized touch that made us feel truly special. What truly made our stay remarkable was the incredible staff. A massive thank you to Phat, Sophie, Leap, Nana, Sombo, Vaesa, Mey, Cici, Sunflower, Thea, Ra, and Rathamba—each of you went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. One thing that really stood out was how the whole staff made sure to know us by our first names and addressed us that way throughout our stay. This simple yet heartfelt gesture made everything feel much more intimate and personal. We can't recommend this hotel enough. It was more than just a place to stay—it felt like home. 3, Day visit with friends

Had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The hotel is an excellent location for those wanting to be in the heart of the town where there are many bars and restaurants nearby but it is down a little quiet cul-de-sac just giving it a bit of peace and tranquility. The rooms were nice and spacious with all the facilities you would require. Breakfast was until 10 am which as well as the cold buffet offered a menu of freshly hot cooked food. There was a nice pool with adequate sunbeds. However the best thing of all is the staff who are so nice and helpful and go out of their way to help you. Constantly bringing you drinks, cold flannels (cause it was hot!) and organising any thing required. So a big thank you to Mr Leap, Nana, Rat, Seth, Bet Pon and the rest of the team who made our stay truly memorable. If u go to Siem Reap this is the hotel to stay. Many Thanks Matt & Jim

Very nice hotel with excellent staff who would help out if necessary. The grounds of the hotel are nice with lots of trees and flowers. The area out of the hotel is not very nice. I feel that in Cambodia there are not many places done up after the wars they have gone through. Roads are not sealed except for the highway to the airport.

Fantastisk, centralt hotel

Et fantastisk hotel midt i Siem Reap - vitterligt to minutter fra Pub Street. Det er et lille hotel, så de fantastiske medarbejdere tager virkelig hånd om dig og elsker at snakke om både din og deres egen kultur. Specielt Seth i receptionen er fantastisk 🙌 Morgenmaden er også god. Lille buffet med de vigtigste ting og så kan du vælge nogle ting fra et menukort, både lokale og "internationale" retter. Området omkring har også nogle glimrende restauranter, hvor du nemt kan spise til under 5 USD per person. Jeg vil helt sikkert anbefale det her hotel.

Hidden Gem with spectacular hospitality

This was easily the most amazing stay at a hotel I have had in decades. The team at Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel is absolutely fantastic, the friendliest people everywhere at this Hotel anticipating your every move. I liked my Four Seasons stay once, but they are not even close to the level of hospitality and care you receive at this hidden gem in Siem Reap.

We had a wonderful stay. The service is excellent - personally, we felt it became a little too much with the washing clothes when we returned and the glass of water, but it seems everyone liked that very much. The staff is very smiling and helpful in everything. It is an older hotel and it shows but certainly nothing important. We would choose this hotel again.

Great stay

Service was 5 star. Accommodations were beautiful. Great location. And the fried rice was some of the best I’ve ever had. I would definitely stay here again.

スタッフは本当にフレンドリーで、本当に居心地の良い時間を過ごすことができました。 朝食も前日予約で20種類から選ぶことができますし、早朝出発で朝食が食べることができない時はサンドイッチを用意してもらえます。 ロケーションはパブストリートまで数分、セブンイレブンも近く、ホテルを出たところにクメール料理が食べられるレストランもありお土産を買うのもレストランに行くのも非常に便利な場所でした。気にしていた夜の騒音ですが、滞在したのは1月中旬の日曜と月曜に2泊しましたが、外のレストランからの音がうるさいことはなく、夜も快適に過ごすことができました。 知人にも強くおすすめしたいホテルです。

トイレとシャワーが隣り合わせなのでシャワーを使うと床が濡れてしまい困った。 朝食はビュッフェスタイルでは無く20種類程の定食スタイルから選ぶことになります。 街中なので深夜までうるさいです。
