"I come to Vietnam every month, but this was the best stay. I fell in love with District 7 and started staying there three months ago. This time I stayed in the penthouse on the top floor of this hotel for four days. It was the best room for an amazingly low price. The newly-built, hand-made room was equipped with a large refrigerator, kitchen, dishwasher, induction cooker, sofa, and air conditioning, which I was very excited about. "A Very safe place to stay, staff was very helpful in eveyway, (there was only one housekeeping lady there but shes super friendly and willing to help in a way that she can) feel like staying at a relative house while having ur own space, i hope this place will stay the same as far as quality and pricing. Overall would highly recommend "

"Very clean .made bed clean towels and water everyday . Kitchen is basic , could of done with a sharp knife . Supermarkets nearby .lots of places to eat nearby . We were in room 207 at the side / back . Quite small bed, dressing table chair . Small kitchen. Didnt spend a lot of time in it ,used more as a base . "
