"I would classify the Hotel Indigo Kansas City - The Crossroads as a hidden gem in Kansas City. The Staff (from the front desk to the housekeeping, and the restaurant employees), is a strength of the hotel. Very friendly, professional, courteous, and very responsive. The location of the hotel makes it a great spot to walk to other sites of KC. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to KC."

"This boutique hotel is a perfect little getaway tucked away in a quaint part of KC, with many bars and shops within a very short distance. The accomodations are eclectic but very comfy, and the atmophere is very chill in the common area upstairs and in the lounge below. The bartenders were very friendly and I appreciated their knowledge, as I had bever been to this part of the country before. I would definitely stay here again"

"La Quinta was a great place to stay during the winter snow and freezing temperatures. It is well run and super clean. The staff was warm and helpful. They kept everyone safe and had a good breakfast every morning and hot coffee or tea all day. Our family was close to the hospital, which was the reason we were in Kansas City. "The hotel served a great breakfast, room was very clean and comfortable, staff (especially the man overseeing breakfast and the woman who checked us in) was very good, and the location was very close to the free trolley line. They also let us stash our luggage for the day while we explored the city -- our train wasn't leaving until 9 pm -- which was incredibly helpful. The hotel was just up the road from Union Station and WWI war memorial -- so convenient. Great place to stay!"
