"Construction at the moment"

"Staffs are nice and very helpful, they let us check in before 3 pm and let us stayed after 11am.We arrived at the hotel around 10:30am on a red eye flight and we needed to rest and sleep and they were very accommodating, and didn’t hesitate to offer our room earlier without having to pay extra!!!A free shuttle saved us a lot and a free warm breakfast made our stay at this hotel comfortably. We won’t hesitate to stay here again when we come back to NY!!"

"The lobby staff is attentive and friendly. Personally, I think they should make more of an effort to greet guests as they walk by the lobby desk. Room is clean. The shower water temperature could be hotter. I keep it turned up all the way and it’s never too hot."

"My experience at The William Vale in Brooklyn was humiliating and deeply upsetting. All I wanted was to celebrate my husband’s birthday and enjoy a special night together. Instead, the hotel called the police on us, and we were told to leave without a clear explanation. Staff claimed they had called our room beforehand, but we were in the room and never heard the phone ring. The first indication we had that there was a problem was when the police knocked on our door. I felt embarrassed, hurt,...

"Staff is nice constant cleaning nice people all around"

"Simple, clean, and friendly. Location is a bit far from subway but the free shuttle more than makes up for that."

"A pleasure"

"Hôtel qui cache bien son jeu, chambre agréable, sanitaires ok et à 5min à pieds du métro. Vous êtes en 20min sur times square. Personnel tres agréable. Seuls reproches : 4 serviettes pour, 5eme lit pas tjs fait et manque de rangement pour 5. Excellent rapport qualité prix pour new york."

"I personally loved everything about my stay at the ACE Hotel. First I can start with saying the location was perfect. It was close to a number of stores restaurants a mall and more. The hotel itself had a wonderful restaurant and bagel shop inside. My room was the best room in the hotel. My view was phenomenal, the room was very clean, no odors or smells at all, the staff was amazingly very helpful when needed and I felt safe at all times while I was there. The bed in the room was so...

"Very nice stay!"

"I am so impressed with this hotel. Every staff member is so friendly and professional. The room was clean, comfy, quiet and the area is safe! They want that for their customers and you can tell. The breakfast is some of the best continental I have ever had at a hotel. There is a bar open till 12 which is genius because the front desk can serve basic things like wine, beer and liquor and soda. That was nice. The view was nice. And omg just so good. I will be back!!"
