"Excellent place to stay"

"This hotel was a real gem. I looked at many in the area and at this price point, but what really struck me before I got there was its location. Quiet, clean and on the water. The hotel has so many small things working for it, starting from an excellent restaurant downstairs that serves incredible breakfast at a reasonable price, there are free bike rentals from the hotel, and the rooms are beautiful, modern clean, and with great views of the water. I highly recommend the July and if and when I return to Amsterdam, it will be the place I stay at. "

"Clean hostel with normal amenities, but it was very expensive compared to other hostels I’ve been to. Yes, Amsterdam is generally more expensive, but for the price I’d expect better. One example: in the dorms, beds do not even have privacy curtains nor a headboard and you have to pay extra for a bottom bunk."

"The hotel is at a great location. Our room was clean and spacious, had a fantastic view of the canal. Hotel room amenities were great. Check in was slow. When tired after a long trip the lobby could be cleaner and more welcoming with seats. The first impression of the hotel is not good but the room was quite clean and spacious. Amenities great, nice coffee shop downstairs and very close to train station."

"Beautiful hotel, the layout was spacious and welcoming. The only issue we had was the day we checked in, we noticed one of the towels had a stain and did not look very clean. Besides that, we had a nice stay, breakfast was amazing."
