"The hotel design and architecture are unique, however it showed some aging signs or due to poor maintenance (cracked floors, old carpet, peeled paint, and a strong moldy smell in the indoor pool area). I was disappointed bc i so looked forward to use the pool. The positives are the helpful staff, uncomparable buffet breakfast, a private pasage to the Fansipan ticket station, and the WOW pass to Fansipan (valued at 500k vnd) exclusively for staying guests. "I loved this place-we stayed here for one night but the room was very cozy, nice Ac, and perfect walking distance to anything. I didn’t read the check in instructions and we arrived early only to find it’s a remote check in, but the owner responded to my WhatsApp message and cleared everything up/got me sorted within minutes. Another plus is the kittens and cats on the property, I would come back for them alone. Overall fantastic place to stay"
