"1. The room was not clean. - Dust on the floor and tables in the room 2. Room service was not available even at 2 PM. 3. Dust had accumulated on the laptop when I returned from going out. 4. Some people came to breakfast wearing pajamas. - lower Hotel level"

"The room did not match the quality of the pictures. The balcony was dirty with paint peeling. The room had been cleaned but did not seem very clean and the room needed to be updated.
