Check-in was extremely slow. We waited over 10 minutes and no one approached us, even though one front-desk station was available. The butler service was disappointing. Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island
Lovely stay, great amenities. The only reason to drop a star is the evening meal times. 7pm is a bit too late for it to be family friendly. It was a coincidence for us that Ramadan was on so we were able to get in at 6pm otherwise we would have suffered.

Uptown Hotel Apartments Abu Dhabi by Gewan
The room itself is very good. However, I gave it a 4 only because of 2 things. Ist is the presence of tiny roaches in the room, 2nd the bathroom smells urine even after the room service is done.
