"We visited Victoria to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and this hotel made it a truly special experience. From the start, the staff were incredible—they not only remembered our anniversary but also surprised us with a quiet, spacious room that was perfect for the occasion. The personalized congratulatory message and the warm greetings whenever we passed by made us feel so welcomed. They even provided a bottle of wine, which allowed us to have a beautiful, romantic evening. This level of hospitality is something we haven’t experienced at any other hotel before. We are so grateful for everything and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Victoria. A huge thank you to the entire team!"

"What a beautiful stay! The service was excellent. The property was beautiful. The area was lovely. Only drawbacks was the chairs in the room weren't great for reading/watching TV. Would've benefitted from some comfortable seating. The gym was pitiful. For a wellness focused resort, we were shocked at the inadequacy of it compared to comparable hotel resorts. They are addressing the gym and I look forward to trying the new facility out in the future. "

"Great location. Room was clean. Parking was around the corner so close and only $15 per night. Price was great for a Tuesday but tried again on Good Friday and it was over $200 per night. "

"The hotel elevator wasn't working so my husband and I were given a room on the main floor accessed from the outside. My husband has mobility issues and we weren't able to climb the hotel stairs to the inside rooms. The room was dated and had to step up into the small washroom. If this was indeed a handicap room, wouldn't the room have a walk-in shower? We were paying the same as other guests but felt we were put in this room as a "fix". The quality of this room was not up to standard."
