"My stay was pleasant- and the staff were wonderful! The room was clean- and the proximity to where I needed to be was excellent The coffee pot stopped working, but I mentioned it to staff and there was coffee available in the lobby There was a leak in the shower stall- ( by the door) so the floor got wet in front of the shower- however the staff made up the room each day- and fresh towels were always available I would stay here again"

"Clean & comfortable bed. Bathroom outdated but clean. Air conditioner worked great and kept the room cool while it was +30c outside. As mentioned in other reviews, visible homelessness in the area however they didn’t loiter about the hotel property and didn’t cause us any problem. It’s a good place to stay for the night if you’re passing through and need something economical."

"The hotel overall is good. However, for such an expensive hotel, it's lacking AC. So, on a hot night it's hard to sleep. Be aware that cleaning team don't even knock the door in the morning! Make sure your door is secure with the swing bar!"

"This location is a beautiful property. We were given one of the waterfront rooms in the newer portion of the building. The room was clean and very well equipped had we have wanted to prepare our own meal. Instead we opted to have dinner at Riva, the restaurant in the same building which was an amazing experience. The property is in a wonderful area of Sidney with shops, restaurants, a great waterfront walking area. We would certainly return here again but next times would stay for a few days."

"Terrible! This property is sadly neglected and has unacceptable aesthetic, and maintenance deficiencies. Our dingy room featured a worn-out mattress, shabby furnishings, peeling wallpaper, scruffy well-worn paint. The bedding was discoloured and heavily wrinkled. The property grounds disappointed too, as these areas are also in a state of disrepair, including an overgrown weed filled garden and a terrace cluttered with an unsightly pile of outdoor furniture stacked carelessly against the...
