"Very nice room, comfortable beds & good air con. However the shower was not good. 24hr reception, very helpful staff. Plenty of places to eat nearby & good location to reach Jesselton pier on foot. Just be aware that the Gaya night food market is on both Friday and Saturday, if you have an early start next day it is noisy! If you don't, it's fun!"

"Enjoyable stay and a great budget property choice. Staff were all helpful, Wi-Fi good, rooms, although snug, more than adequate for sleeping and showering. The one thing that let the property down was the lack of options at breakfast. Everyday a different breakfast meal was given but you had no idea what it would be and didn’t have another option to choose if it wasn’t to your liking. That said, the quality of the food was good. Would happily stay at the property again if looking for somewhere...

Felt safe the whole time, 24hr front desk for wacky checkout times, and convenient location across from the mall. Only major complaint is the noise at night. Albeit I was offered a quiet room or a room with a view, but just a little frustrated with waking up around 2-3am every night because of motorcyclists...

    "The room was clean and comfortable with the two for drinking water a huge benefit. The breakfast buffet was good quality with a good mixture of local and western foods. Eggs cooked to order was a huge plus too. The rooftop pool and restaurant were lovely in the evening when the sun was setting. I ate here twice and the quality was great and staff very friendly "
