"I checked into this hotel...was in there approx 10 minutes & checked out. I was still charged; Expedia & LaQuinta wouldn't refund. VERY dirty. Used straw on floor, someone's glasses on floor w/dried food next to the glasses = apparently not vacuumed. Looked like blood on door near safety latch. Spots on dresser where a drink had been = not wiped down. Several black hairs on the bathroom counter. I have pics of all. Hallway is dark. Absolutely horrible. I checked into Spark down the road. "

"We had a wonderful stay - room was clean and comfy. My MIL especially enjoyed the scents of the shampoo/conditioner/body lotion. Breakfast was delicious and the chef even special made my daughter some French toast. The staff was truly the highlight of our visit! Very accommodating and friendly! We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this was the closest hotel to the facility - lots of dining options around. Would definitely stay here again!"

"If you like a very firm bed then this is the place for you! Most uncomfortable bed! Check in wasn’t as expected because I must of missed reading about the $100 deposit at check in (refundable too apparently according to online on booking) so that put me in a bad mood again after driving a long time to get there, then I asked what that was for, all I was told was “deposit” no detailed explanation. "The staff was very friendly! Several of the elevators were out and I had a hard time finding the one ice machine on the property. Other than that, the pool was great and the food was good at the restaurant. The young man who drove the shuttle was exceptional. He was very polite and handled all our luggage. He also took us to the Train Station which was much farther than the shuttles 3-mile limit. I would definitely stay there again. Also, the Suites were very spacious and comfortable!!!"

"The hotel was quiet, comfortable and clean
Happy hour menu was good, best mozzarella sticks I've ever had and enjoyed the hummus platter. Pool nice temperature and not overly crowded. Negatives were few, ran out of towels at the pool often and breakfast buffet wasn't worth the price. "

"Room needed cleaning upon arrival, bathroom tub was not cleaned. Unless you request the room to be made is done so otherwise they have a every other day cleaning policy, which means nor the red not shower is made or cleaned. Breakfast is very, very basic and not replenished. Having said that, the Coffee is wonderful, also the staff, brought all my issues to the front Desk and they took action to resolve them. "
