B&B Hotel Hildesheim
Room was clean on arrival you have to pre book the cleaning service via a website. Went to reception and said about having room cleaned and they said you need to give a days notice on website. Absolute farce but by complaining they took our room number and cleaned it BUT they took away some crisps ...
