"Could use an update to the decor (think 90's). Bathroom door wouldn't close completely, tub was useless as you couldn't switch the faucet to bath mode. Staff and breakfast were great."

"There was only one elevator in operation while the other elevator was under maintenance. We were fortunate we stayed on the second floor where we ended up using the stairs for most of our stay. We only used the elevator once during check-in and once when we checked out. We stayed at another Residence Inn in New Brunswick later in the week and it was a similar situation with only one elevator in operation while the other was being fixed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Daily parking cost was a bit high given this is Moncton NB not Quebec City, Montreal or Toronto."

"We were unfortunately too late at check in to get a balcony, but the room was still clean and well maintained. The kids were happy to get some time to swim a bit before bed. The hotel is well located and well maintained. Great stay for day trips around NB."
