"We arrived at 4:45pm and had to wait 30 minutes to get our keys. The staff didn't offer any compensation. The room was okay, but it had no power outlets on the night stand for my CPAP machine. We waited another 30 minutes for an extension cord. The breakfast was very minimal. Overall it was way overpriced ..."
