The check in person did not acknowledge us when we walked in and kept us waiting for five minutes. There was another man standing on the customer side of the counter who looked like an employee who was scrolling on his phone and telling the front desk person what to change the channel to on the tv. When it was our turn, the front desk guy warned us that 112 of the 120 rooms were booked so there would not be any additional towels, pillows, sheets or blankets. Come to find out, there were no sheets or blankets on the pullout bed so I had to sleep myself and my two older kids on the king bed.
