This is a convenient location to shopping, restaurants. It is affordable. I appreciate the special offers/rates that are available frequently. The staff are friendly, professional,helpful. They do an excellent job of keeping everything clean and secure. I’ve stayed here multiple times and will continue to come back.

I found excrement/feces (human?), smeared on inner fold of clean looking towel in the bathroom vanity. I reported this to hotel staff and to corporate office, nothing was done. Don’t stay in this dirty and gross place.

Staff at front desk was extremely rude. Both at check in and check out. A/C in room 139 was out of the normal loud as in it needed maintenance. There was a storm nearby and it was the only hotel available. Not a pleasant experience.

The room was really clean and nice. The staff was great, the breakfast was really nice. But absolutely the firmest hardest bed we’ve ever slept on. The floor might’ve been more comfortable. My body ached every morning from trying to sleep on it.

A nice room. Somewhat loud on the freeway side and fast food side. Very nice breakfast. Poor WiFi reception.

It’s outdated and not a lot to do around it, but the staff and breakfast were wonderful. Room was spacious and parking was easy.

The check in person did not acknowledge us when we walked in and kept us waiting for five minutes. There was another man standing on the customer side of the counter who looked like an employee who was scrolling on his phone and telling the front desk person what to change the channel to on the tv. When it was our turn, the front desk guy warned us that 112 of the 120 rooms were booked so there would not be any additional towels, pillows, sheets or blankets. Come to find out, there were no sheets or blankets on the pullout bed so I had to sleep myself and my two older kids on the king bed.

The hotel smells of mold and musty the minute you walk through the doors. I thought the guys checking in that were in front of us must have had some great weed in their bags but nope…that’s the way the lobby smelled all the night and the next morning. Loud party and running around until about 3:00 am. That was a bummer because I actually needed to sleep but the hard bed didn’t help either. Left with out taking a shower because it was…moldy and dirty. No idea how this place got a an 8.4 rating. The front desk people were super pleasant. No more special than a Motel 6 really. Don’t do it

The staff are excellent and it is very clean. I would highly recommend it. This was my second time staying there in last 2 mos. Both times on 3rd floor because quiet. The first time the ice machine was out of order and I was disappointed that weeks later it was still out of order. I reported it.

Breakfast was good! The heater would come on once in a while very noisy, must of the time it was quiet, it’s older building but very clean, other then that it was very good. Only stayed one night.

Friendly and Responsive Staff
Very smooth check-in process. Front desk checked my door closure the moment I asked. Very clean room. Allowed me to park my motorcycle at the curb near the door for protection from the weather. Very positive experience!
