Staff was friendly, and overall a good place for what I paid for it. A bit loud being near the highway but they can’t help that, and some of the other people staying there were loud at random times of night and there were some sketchy characters hanging around all the time. Over all good bang for my buck, and it was nice having a fridge/freezer at my disposal. I always suggest an upgrade to smart TVs, as well, so guests can just screencast or airplay with their cell, who wants to watch tv with commercials anymore? Lol

Room 329 was nicer than Room 107 Staff was great. At 11:11 pm on Sun Jan 18 sound asleep the fire alarms went off - bolting us from our beds to go out into the hall - were after about :60 the alarms stopped but no announcements, apologies were made. If you do plan to stay there the only thing in the rooms are 2 little bars of soap and 2 plastic cups so if you need shampoo you have to ask the front desk.

It was clean. The bed was made with crisp white sheets and pillows. The room warmed up fast. It was a cold and rainy night. We had our mini golden doodle with us. Our dog “Dude” just loved it. The next morning I called the front desk and the room phone wasn’t working. He said he would send maintenance up to fix it. He was there in just a couple of minutes He was polite and friendly. Later we went downstairs. We were checking out and Steven was at the front desk. He was very kind and explained to me to watch my account and my deposit should be back in my account in about 2-3 days from that day.
