The facility is dirty and has a weird smell. There isnt someone at the front desk the whole time they are always in a back room. The lock on my door didnt work so I had to rely on the swing latch. Safety concern. I wont be staying here again

They had a room for us. There was shelter. The towels felt like Brillo pads. Didn’t really wanna take my shoes off. What you would call bedding was pretty much a joke. No one in the square block radius respects the quiet hours, let alone inside the building, and I was unable to get any sleep. Smelled like weed. The “breakfast” is not. It’s a vending machine muffin and diy oatmeal. The check in lady was kind.

The room cleanliness could have been better! Was not told there was not a hair dryer in the room. The latch lock on the door was not latching properly which left me feeling unsafe the first night and second night, when I arrived, there was a man that I thought worked there since he directed me to more parking in the back, then when I went to check in he was speaking to the front desk clerk she was asking me questions I preferred not to answer aloud but I tried to speak quietly. I had to go put my parking pass in my car and was told security was outside walking around, I did not see security either night! I made my way to the elevator and just when the doors were about to close he got into the elevator and asked me for my personal info and asked me if I needed help to my room I again told him no then he shouted out his room number and when I looked back he was gone! The next morning there was coffee and blueberry muffins to grab yeah coffee was not good so I didn’t bother with anything else. I mentioned to the clerk in the morning that someone was smoking in there room he said he didn’t smell anything but when you might get a contact high walking down the hall yeah you can smell it! The air conditioner was a waist of time. The second night I just hoped the dude from the previous night wasn’t there! I was there to be close to the hospital it was short notice I hope next time I’m able to pick wiser.

I was unable to do a late check in due to no front desk staff being available. Unfortunately I had to sleep in my vehicle until a staff member was working. Which was after 7am. I don't think I will be staying there again in the future.

Staff was courteous. Room was clean - ready when I got there. Actually, I got there just over an hour early. It would have been nice if I could have checked in at my time of arrival. I could have used a bit of a nap before my event after driving most of the morning.

The room lacked nightstands and dishes. In earlier stays, there were always pots, pans, and dishes available. This is my second stay at Extended Stay in the past six months, and I’m disappointed that these basic amenities are missing. I’m not sure what has changed with the chain.

Staff was friendly, everything was generally clean. Have to ask for bath and kitchen items downstairs in lobby but not too bad. Provided some pastries and coffee in the morning in the lobby. Overall was nice.

Heater in room 328 set to 64 makes noise and keeps you from sleeping - higher temperature no problem. Magnets for doors by elevator on fl 3 didn’t work. FYI :)

Room 329 was nicer than Room 107 Staff was great. At 11:11 pm on Sun Jan 18 sound asleep the fire alarms went off - bolting us from our beds to go out into the hall - were after about :60 the alarms stopped but no announcements, apologies were made. If you do plan to stay there the only thing in the rooms are 2 little bars of soap and 2 plastic cups so if you need shampoo you have to ask the front desk.

Unsanitary, dirty, safety hazards. Towels had hair on them. We needed some extra outlets, so I wanted to use the one the TV was plugged into. It was missing an outlet cover. While gaining access, lots of trash behind the dresser where the TV sat..The TV remote battery cover was broken and would not stay on. We had to hold the cover on when using the remote. This extended stay has many transients. Spilled liquid on elevator. Smell of smoke in elevator.
