Pool and hot tub not clean. You have to walk into the lobby to get back to the pool. Kinda uncomfortable while people are walking by in business suits. Also no pool towels available. Also scaned qr code but none of the house keeping options and food was available to order through. Kind of pointless.

Disappointing stop… booked the Hilton Garden for the weekend as it was close to a Spartan Race venue where you run 10k while overcoming multiple obstacles. When checking in front desk agent did not ask if I was a Hilton Honors member which I am so now I have to go through another steps to get my points. Came back to hotel after race to soak in hot tub… hot tub was a cool tub (no heat). Went to front desk where they were aware so we suggested they put up a sign as it was an extremely unpleasant surprise. After this disappointment went to restaurant for a quick bite and a few drinks sat from 6:05pm to 6:15pm no one came out… apparently restaurant was not staffed so they just didn’t open… again no sign informing us. Person behind front desk was apologetic and offered a complimentary breakfast which we did not take because purpose was a snack and a few drinks… the cherry on top was that this location only offers housekeeping every other day so on day 2 came down to lobby with wife to get coffee at 5am and fresh water for my wife… apparently fresh water is not something that we can get and they dumped all coffee and it was going to be a 20 min wait….they did apologize and give us some pods…. Needless to say this was not a good place to stay. Will mention all the bathroom fixtures were rusting and not sure when windows were last cleaned…

About midnight another person tried to get in my room cause the hotel assigned the same room to two different guest which woke me up. Then some lady was screaming at 4am. Hardly slept at all. Told the front desk the next day and they didn’t seem to care. Unfortunate cause I’ve stayed at many Hilton’s with much better staff.

When I did check in, it seems like the systems were down so a copy of my ID as well as my credit card card was held. The Wi-Fi was off for a while so that was something that I do. Look forward to having in a hotel. I also listen to the toilet running all night and they had many people running down the hallway and making a lot of noise. I probably will not go to that one next time. I will probably go to another one.

The room that I book was wheelchair accessible and literally right next to all the foot traffic and elevators on the first floor. The room it self was spacious but the room looked like it had not been updated since the 80's. The beds where bad and I did not sleep well.

I stayed at the Hilton over Memorial Day weekend and had a wonderful experience. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions we had. As a parent of a child with autism, I was a little nervous about disturbing other guests because my son can sometimes be loud or become excited. Thankfully, our room was located above the lobby, which gave me some peace of mind and allowed us to relax without constantly worrying about noise complaints. 😅 The hotel was in a great location, and despite the busy holiday weekend, everything felt organized and well-managed. We truly appreciated the excellent customer service and attention to detail. Overall, it was a pleasant and stress-free stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay with our disabled family member. The place is very nice, but the price is higher than what we usually pay. There’s no complimentary breakfast, and the buffet costs extra. Still, the overall experience and the property itself are nicer than our usual choice. Close to many stores and restaurants. I would recommend.
