"I believe the front desk representatives could be more energetic and positive. They seem to just be going through the motions. They didn't seem to be that engaging. I wouldn't describe them as going above and beyond. They were nice."

"When getting my room key, I went upstairs to my room and noticed that house keeping did not clean the room. Like the previous guests had just left. Towels on the floor, toilet not flushed and the bed wasn’t tidy. I immediately went back to the front desk and explained the room situation to the receptionist. He immediately apologized and tried to connect toa house keeping employee. With no luck, he issued me a whole new room. The second room was super clean and met the standards for a new guest. Overall, my stay for one night was amazing! One mistake did not diminish my expectations and i had a great time"

"The room was spotless and quite comfortable, especially the bed. Breakfast was good. It was very close to the major sights: the waterfront and old downtown, Capital building, art gallery, Stanford Mansion. I would not hesitate to say here again."
