"Very disappointing experience! We stayed for one night and booked two rooms. One of the rooms had no TV. We reported the issue to the front desk, but they said the hotel was fully booked and promised a 20% refund. We even reminded the staff about the refund at check-out, but nothing was done afterward. The staff were unprofessional, and the customer service was terrible. Very disappointed with how this hotel handled the situation!"
