"I have never in my life been able to sleep the first night in a hotel or anywhere that is not my own bed. The beds are so comfortable and the noise level is so well maintained, that I was actually able to sleep! We only stayed one night, but if we’re ever in the city, we will definitely stay here again! The parking and location was super convenient too."

"There were 3 of us in the room. It was tight, but we managed. The room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was wonderful! The staff was good for the most part. Especially the maids and the guy who needed to unlock my safe!"

"I dunno if these reviews are fake or not but the room was terrible. The mattress was difficult to sleep on, the bed didn't have a proper duvet - it looked like they merged two duvet covers together, the room always felt hot despite the a/c running at high. Overall the room was terrible and I expected a lot more from the Hyatt brand. The only good thing about the hotel was the staff."

"We used to stay at the Knickerbocker in midtown A year ago we stayed in an air b and B on the upper west side. While in the neighborhood we passed by the Bellaclaire—a beautiful building. We now stay there every time we are in New York—-4 times a year The neighborhood is great Two grocery stores in walking distance ., 2 movie theaters, a Barnes and Noble a many great restaurants. The 72nd street subway is4 blocks away and connects you withe time Square and the rest of New York City The...

"A little old world charm. Such a great location with anything you need so close. 1 block to a really good North/South Subway. 1 block the other direction to the Museum of Natural History and Central Park. This was our 2nd stay and we will stay again."

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"Small space with huge advantages! Staff was helpful and awesome with answering questions and offering free tours daily. Location was the best ! Breakfast was great . Lounge very nice and cozy. The bar is very nice. Great vibe in the lobby area the decor and music were great. View from my window was awesome ! Short walk to everywhere and subway literally next door! I highly recommend. Very affordable as well."
