"Ok hotel for convenience but staff need improving. Had to argue for a room service meal from the full Menu as the kitchen had “closed” 15 mins before the stated time. Waited 20 mins for an omelette which lacked some of the ingredients requested. Stupid queuing at the bar instead of using all of it - one line across the whole foyer. Not geared up for good service. Aircon is noisy even when switched off noise comes through the vents"

"The best thing going for this hotel is the location beside the train station making it easy if you arrive by train as we did (and had a hire car to pick up the next day from Hertz behind the station - a 15 min walk). You can walk to the city centre in about 20 - 30 min or catch one of the frequent busses. The staff appear to be mainly students and we had a bit of a wait checking in as one staff member appeared to be in training (but this was not signalled to us in any way). The room was very small (which we knew), in average condition, and the bathroom was most odd - very clinical, minimalist, with a hospital bathroom vibe. For the price paid, the room and service received was expensive. Not highly recommended."
