"The rooms were dated and the furniture and drapes were worn and in need of replacement. There was a crack in the bathroom sink filled with silicon and the hot water fluctuated from cold to hot during a shower. The extra charge to use the spa and pool (2200 yen) was disappointing given the price of the room and should have been complimentary for guests. The dining facilities were very good inclusive of the dinner buffet. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Great location next to the beach...

"Clean and spacious room. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Parking was free and good enough. Need to contact staff when the main parking lot was full though. Buffer dinner and breakfast were excellent. But during golden week, there were a lot of guests and a bit crowded. The attractions were excellent but sparse and so the area was better to visit with your own car. During golden week, dinner and breakfast were not optional and that costed more than other period."

"Amazing hotel that we come back every time visiting Hakata. The staffs are extremely helpful. Breakfast -- amazing! The location is in the middle of the city that you have a lot walkable place to visit. You will never see this hotel being crowded or messy, that is very hard to maintain in such a busy area. Will definitely come back again and again!"

"I booking this hotel, over others, on the basis of its pool and its gym. Unfortunately these come with an additional charge of £17 (approx) per person per night. Given the price of the hotel itself and visiting as a family this was disappointing. Kids can’t access the pool either. Beyond this, the hotel itself is really nice and the staff are very professional and courteous. It is also well located."
