The hotel itself is a 2 start hotel. Small but clean. The reason I would recommend this Hotel is Naoki who greeted up and checked us in. He was so nice and helpful during our 4 night stay. The Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu
No only the room was clean and spacious, this hotel had everything we need. Excellent service, great food, gorgeous view and convenient to get around. We had a wonderful time and walked out with happiness. Definitely coming back!

Shin Yokohama Kokusai Hotel
Hotel is located right next to shin-yokohama which is a major transport hub. Tokyo about an hour away. Yokohama about 15 minutes. Excellent location.
