"This is an older hotel, but the rooms are quite nice, and it's located in a nicer area of Bend. The lighting and room decor is warm and inviting. The balcony overlooking the Deschutes River was a nice place to have morning coffee. The breakfast was nothing special, but there is a complimentary drink offered upon check-in, which was a welcome amenity."

"I would like a credit. We checked into the room and the GFI was broken in the bathroom leaving no power. Thew next morning the staff moved ys tio a 2nd room. We transferred our luggage and went to use the bathroom. The moment I flipped the light switch, something poppwed and this room also had no power in the bathroom. We were moved to a third room where there were no power problems. The drapes in that room did not close all of the way, and there was a large globule of some indeterminate...

"Our room was right next to the kitchen. We were woken up at 6am. No warning upon check it that it could be an issue. Not a pleasant stay at all."

"Staff was warm, friendly and offered great suggestions for meals. Room was clean. We were surprised by the smallness of the California king bed, but it was comfortable. Bend is a lovely, dynamic town however we did not expect to stay there so our reservation was very last minute on a Saturday night. Maybe that is why we were charged $427.65? At that rate you expect better."

"While the place is cute it misses on so many levels. The price point would suggest daily housekeeping,(only cleaned every three days) hot tub was luke warm because the heater was down. Pool is dated and in need of repair, the roadway within the complex is so bad your vehicle will shudder with every bump (may require an alignment after your stay). There were Gnats in the room and the bath fixtures were painted black and pealing. Expect to hear dogs barking at night and morning since they are...

"Room was clean but bed frame side stuck out and my husband sliced open his ankle. The paper cup supplied actually caught fire in the microwave (1 minute). Breakfast was strange, Think COVID. Things in individual zip lock bags. Some sort of egg patties, sausage, sausage patties (no bacon -sad), gravy, oj, apple juice, bagel, cream cheese, white bread, cereal. Basic. We were 3rd floor in back. Nice and quiet. Convenient location."

"It was very expensive for a fairly typical room. Breakfast was not good. You would think Marriott would do much better. Again the rate was far too expensive. I was embarrassed to bill a client that amount. Why do I have to book through Expedia? I have had nothing but bad experiences with them. The claim that they are the only way you can book the room. They are supposed to supply a receipt, but never do. And then Marriott won't provide one either--bad business."
