"Mostly clean except for some mildew on bottom of shower curtain Breakfast good"

"Excelente servicio, muy cómodo y limpio"

"As a disabled person, I requested a handicap room but my room was not accessible. I had to switch rooms and I was put in the room farthest from the entrance and the front desk. It was quite a long way away. I would hope that the accessible rooms would be a shorter distance for those people with mobility issues. Other than 5hat the room was fine."

"The property was very clean and the facilities seemed new. Breakfast was really good, with lots of options."

"Our room needed some minor repairs and updating- shower door wouldn’t shut, toilet paper holder coming off wall, curtains very worn and difficult to draw and room needs brighter lighting. The grounds and common areas were very nice."

"Our room was on a busy street and we were awakened every night by noisy cars. There were no interior rooms available. there were motorcycles and cars revving their engines at all times of the night. I would go back there again - if the rooms were free."

"breakfast was ok, the only comment that i have is because in the front desk when i checked in, they ask for 100 USD deposit, and now that charge is still in my credit card in process, stil is not cancelled by the hotel."

"Very convenient to Tucson International Airport, just outside the entrance. The Staff was incredibly helpful from arranging for a private driver to printing boarding passes. The hotel has a shuttle service to take you to anywhere within a three mile limit and then pick you up, so getting to restaurants is easy. The breakfast has a nice variety of food items that change daily. The room was clean and maid service came every other day. WIFI was fast. It would be nice if the hotel had a business...

"Nice hotel, nice staff, but housekeeping was poor."
