"Redmond Inn is in a very convenient location and despite being close to the freeway and a major road it is surprisingly quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size. The included breakfast featured very good coffee (so important!) and the continental breakfast offerings were fairly standard. The waffles were OK. "Rooms were acceptably clean. The shower would not drain so the desk sent a tech over to address the problem which he did and fixed the issue. Everything about the stay was ok. Nothing exceptional, nothing bad. It was the most typical and normal hotel stay possible. 3 stars."

"No Elevator!! Must arrange for cleaning , they don't clean daily. When we tried to arrange the same day cleaning at 8am, apparently they had no staff to clean. We asked for 3 new towels, we did not receive until our 3rd call to front desk. Hot tub was not working. Gym had a puddle of water by the water station, garbage overflowing - people left their garbage on the table by the garbage bin. Afternoon frontdesk staff was friendly."

Lots of international travelers in the building and that alone provides a different level of smell and aroma throughout. Breakfast was nice and very diverse on most mornings, offering a good selection to meet the wide range of traveler tastes.
