"Stayed in a swim up room beside the adult pool for 1 week which was fantastic and gave easy access to main amenities in the hotel. Things we loved - the spa (treatments were amazing), the food and drinks at the pool bar (great choice and everything we tried was delicious), the quiet and easy going vibe around the pool with plenty of sun loungers for all. The shuttle into town is a great option, however it's really cheap to get a Grab and give yourself the flexibility of coming and going on your own schedule.
Things that could be improved: Breakfast - not as good as we hoped with luke warm hot options, pre-cooked and re-warmed poached eggs. Best breakfast bits were the fruit selection and freshly made omelettes. Beach - the area directly in front of the hotel is clean and beautiful, but progress round the first bush to go for a walk and there's plastic and general rubbish washed up / dropped on shore. Such a shame in such a beautiful location.
Good hotel with lovely staff but a little bit more attention to detail could make it great."
