"I wish the staff would have told us about the tram the first day so that we could have used it earlier. As well, we did not love the food served at the hotel restaurant. It was expensive for the meal and not really many choices. Staff was amazing otherwise."

"Lovely standard room with a very comfy bed and very clean bathroom with a hair dryer and complimentary refreshing spray, very welcome after a very long hot drive. A large number of electric points and 2 suitcase stands. Parking was easy and secure and we were able to leave our car parked there after checking out so we could explore the sites of Tours the following morning. Excellent position so close to the city centre and tram bridge and yet quiet. Staff very welcoming and explained everything clearly."

"Second stay here. 2 nights on the way from Calais to Perigord. Lovely rooms, food and drink. Not cheap but worth it. AC very welcome especially for our ageing Labrador! Pool really good. Not much to do in the village but plenty nearby."

"Our experience was amazing. We stopped for one night on our outward journey and two on our return. Staff were ultra helpful in terms of accommodating us in extreme heat and making our stay as comfortable as possible. Lovely indoor restaurant and pretty courtyard for outdoor breakfast. Both rooms were charming and setting idyllic with easy access to chateau and parking opposite."
