Accueil très limite avec une erreur dans la chambre attribuée. On nous reloge dans une chambre bruyante au rez-de-chaussée au pied du parking, de l'entrée et de la terrasse en nous assurant qu'elle serait calme. Résultat du bruit jusqu'à 23 h 00 et à partir de 7 h 30 un dimanche matin le tout pour 198 € la nuit ! Le matin je retrouve mon véhicule vandalisé, fenêtre d'une portière fracturée, sur le parking de l'hôtel sans caméra ni fermeture du portail. Hotel à vraiment déconseiller !

Par contre , la chambre mansardée pour 3 adultes pas top!!! Difficile de se tenir debout. Dommage sanitaire étroit. En pluscau 3ème étage sans ascenseur !!

Hôtel propre. Chambre simple. Le petit déjeuner à 12,90. € est vraiment très insuffisant. Pour un prix relativement cher dans ce type d’hôtel on pourrait s’attendre à qqchose de bien. Or, tout est bas de gamme, peu de choix et un service qui laisse à désirer avec un employé qui ne dit pas un mot et vous regarde d’une étrange façon.

Chambre glaciale le chauffage a été oublié !moquette tachée, 40 cm d’espace pour entrer dans la douche,lunette des toilettes cassée, 1 tasse pour 3 pour le café,velux qui fuient donc moquette mouillée et risque d’incendie(prises electriques sous un velux)les 2 membres du personnel se renvoient la balle (c’est pas moi c’est lui c’est pas moi c’est elle)personnels incompetents.Apres 22h00 une porte reste ouverte pour entrer dans l ’hôtel n’importe qui peut entrer .De plus ,le parking reste ouvert.En ce qui concerne le petit dej,lors de la réservation, nous avons oublie de le mentionner,heureusement, à 12,90€ c’est cher pour ce qui etait proposé. En bref,c’est une très mauvaise expérience. A EVITER.

Did the job for arriving off the ferry at 10pm but wouldn't stay there again or recommend. Difficult to find and in an industrial estate. When we arrived we were told to get the key from a keysafe box but we hadn't been given a code. The code the guy had didn't work so we had to be given a spare key. The room itself was fine - clean and comfortable enough - but the communal areas were shabby. We came down for breakfast but there were no staff members around and the tables were all covered with dirty plates etc so nowhere to sit. The buffet was also almost empty (it was only around 8.30) so we didn't bother with breakfast. Wouldn't recommend.

Séjour d'une nuit, chambre propre, hôtel propre,chambre bien agencé.Employes serviable mais qui ne parle pas français.Mais pas de problème ! Établissement avec quelques retouches à faire, literie confortable,pas d'ascenseur par contre ! Satisfaite de mon séjour,je recommande pour le prix abordable c'est très bien !
