"Room was smaller than I expected. Also noise from traffic outside the room was annoying. These things cannot be corrected by innkeeper. Just have to expected it in an old town like St Augustine."

"Unfortunately the fire alarm went off.We were in a handicap room. They did not have a plan. Security was to assist it but there was no security at that time of day.They were nonchalant since they knew there was no fire. Guest s did not know that and there is no PA system.If there was a fire it could have been disastrous.
Hotel is fine and respects the era.

"The host was very kind I will say that but it doesn't make up for the unclean room. I found multiple strands of hairs on the coverlet making me think they don't wash in between guests and the couch in room was stained and rug didn't look vacuumed. They could also have a bad laundry service but wasn't worth the cost of staying.
I get the impression that they are understaffed. I worked at a B and B. I know it's a lot of work. But for the price they charged, it doesn't match expectations....

"Possibly the freshest-smelling, comfiest bed I've slept in. We enjoyed three nights here on spring break. The breakfast & happy hour deliveries were the cherry on top! So nice to return to after exploring the city or the beach (5-10 min away). The staff were so accommodating to us. Our trip coincided with a cold snap — so the comfy couches & lounge areas upstairs on the deck were just the place. Hope to return!"

"This is an awesome place. Room was roomie and clean. Staff was very nice . There are several pools along with being right on the beach. There are several restaurants with very good food, portions were also good. Short drive to do some sight seeing or just stay at resort, there are plenty of things to do. "
