"Room 205 AC did not cool below 74F - we complained several times, but only provided a box fan. They offered us another room which was significant downgrade which we declined. The staff could have been more helpful to address the situation and show us some concern"

"The resort was great. Nice pool, tiki bar, beach towels, good access to the beach with a rinse off area. The common areas were very nice. The room wasn't as clean as I would like. There was rust in the tub and it needed some repairs, chipped paint/woodwork, and the first blanket that was on my kids' bunk bed had holes in it. They happily brought another blanket but the bunk beds sheets/blankets weren't made in the first place so the first thing I had to do upon arriving was make the beds. Overall, it was a decent stay."
