"Hotel was clean and offered a welcoming greeting when checking in and even offered a gift and small discounts to local restaurant and attractions. However, elevator was out of service two days in a row from 20th floor causing us to have to use stairs instead! During checkout got the rudest front desk person I’ve ever met. Acted like she was bothered because she had to put her cell phone down to help us then picked it back up while checking us out! Completely different from our check...

"Pillows were flat as a pancake, AC didn't tell you temp so you never knew what the temp was, shower/tub didn't work properly, hot water was hard to get correct as the plumbing was not good. Shower control had the tub/shower lever taken off. "
