"The hotel is quite old and has an unpleasant smell. In the morning, there was a sudden power outage, and my whole family got trapped in the elevator. We called twice and knocked on the elevator door for a while before the staff came and helped us out. The entire incident lasted about 15 minutes. At first, the front desk told me that they would give me a refund because of what happened. However, they later said that they could not refund us because the power outage affected the entire area."
