"We checked in around 5pm on a thursday abd the had given our room to another couple one of which said they were us because they had the same last name. They were ataying 1 nighr and us for 3. The Manager offered to put us in another buikding tgen we would have to move to the room we were supposed to have the next day. They did finally find us a room after I asked if I should leave to try and find a room to which they said I could if I wanted but fearing I would lose my money which I had fully paid I chose to stay. We were also told the pool was not available which was part of why we chose this hotel and they said Expedia should have advised us. ...

"The first room we were given had some weird splatter on the ceiling, tv and floor. There was also a wasp in the room. We asked for a diff room this one was much cleaner but smelt like cat pee."
