"Central AC upgrade would be nice"

"The room was clean enough and updated with paint and marble in the bath. Bed was ok. Floors are newer tile. Everything else was very dated. The shower curtain was smelly and we didn’t even want to use the shower. It’s also located on a very busy road across from a hospital. Traffic noise and emergency vehicle noise kept me up most of the night. I think I got 3 hours of sleep max. Stay at your own risk."

"Good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, clean room, nice pool area with fire pits. Only downside was parking, it cost and parking lot was almost completely full every day. Had to park at the very back of the property but we were able to use pool entrance to get in and not have to walk all the way around to the front. Stove and full size refrigerator were great for week stay."

"1 Elevator was out of service and the other had a sticking/erratic door closure. They provide an hourly shuttle to the Orlando Airport but failed to tell me that do no passenger drop offs at Terminal C until I was ready to board the shuttle. I elected to take an Uber as it would be too difficult to take a separate tram to terminal C from terminal B with all of our bulky luggage. I was sent a text providing digital pre arrival checkin but had to basically repeat many of the steps at arrival...

"Breakfast was great and staff were very friendly. Only thing we didn’t like was we had a handicap room, which was fine. It had a walk-in shower with the shower head pointing out towards the middle of the bathroom so the floor got soaked."

"Property was clean and check-in expedited. However, Expedia included in the reservation process that I would get a $10 credit to spend on food and when requested at front desk, was told that I would have to spend $40 first. Bait & switch?"

"We stayed one night at this airport hotel. The staff were very friendly, the bed was very comfortable, the buffet breakfast was good value and they operate a free shuttle bus to the airport. We would definitely stay again"

"The room was not clean, and the staff was kind of rude. We had a kid get sick in the middle of the night and we asked for new bedding, and all we got was a crappy blanket and top sheet. We also had to grab a shuttle to the airport at 4:30 AM and the front desk person shouted at me at 4:28 in the hallway as I was trying to get my children out of the door. "

"The staff at the hotel is very helpful and friendly they lets us check into our room two hours early no charge. I love that they do daily housekeeping. The room was spacious and had a nice layout. However beware that the walls our thin and noise could be heard at all time from outside hallways and traffic."

"When we arrived at our destination, we were greeted by a young man that did not have his priorities in order. He was in a hurry to get us checked in so he could entertain a female that was standing by the desk with an alcoholic beverage in her hand. He in return stated that due to the fact that we made our reservation online through Expedia that we had a resort fee balance of $40.40 due. I stated to him that there must be a mistake because we had paid for our reservation in was paid in full...
