"Dear Expedia Customer Support Team, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with our recent hotel stay, which was booked through the Expedia website. Unfortunately, throughout the entire duration of our stay, the hotel did not have hot water. Despite the essential nature of this facility, the issue was not resolved, and we were forced to take showers with very cold water. As a direct consequence of these conditions, all members of our group became ill with cold-related symptoms....

"place was excellent, service was very personal and dedicated. hotel is excellently situated right in the center of Le Marais. we had a small "hiccup" with the elevator not working, the hotel went out of their way to assist us, first bringing everything to our room and later - moving us down to a lower (But even larger) room to make us feel comfortable and even gave us some discount on the room. we appreciate it very much and will come back!"

"The hotel itself is very cute, but the ventilation system is terrible. The entire lobby and hallways smell like fried food, and the fire alarm goes off whenever the kitchen starts cooking (including at 6am). Guests even had to evacuate into the street because of it. Unfortunately, this completely ruined the stay for me."
