"L'hotel merita 5 stelle per la posizione, vicina alle mura e in una via molto carina piena di ristoranti e un mercatino locale. La struttura pero' non e' un tre stelle (almeno per gli standard italiani) perche' non offre servizi da giustificare cio'. "Je souhaite au propriétaire une reprise rapide de son établissement et une bonne retraite. Il en à tellement marre qu’il en est désagréable et on c’est pris de sérieuses remarques sur le fait d’avoir réservé sur hôtel.com ….. L’isolation très médiocre, nous avions l’impression d’avoir la chambre d’à côté dans notre chambre."

"Chambre annulée sur place alors que payée. Très mauvais accueil. Surbooking pour atterrir à 2kms… un Mercure… attention de ne pas confondre Surbooking et Dol. Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. Il faudrait penser à se poser les bonnes questions. Personnellement je ne me les pose plus concernant ces deux établissements ; a fuir, next....

"L'hôtel est situé à environ 10 mn de la Cité de Carcassonne et on l'aperçoit des fenêtres de l'hôtel. Nous avons très bien dormi car c'est calme. Les propriétaires de l'hôtel sont très agréables les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La piscine est très jolie. Je recommande vivement cet endroit."

"Turned up to hotel at 2.45 door locked with notice stating staff returning at 5pm. Still nobody at 5.15. Other clients arrived stating they had received an email from owner with code entrance and room number. We did not! Tried ringing owner.Taking the initiative we worked out from the register what rooms were taken so we took a key. The hotel is smelly, dark and very unwelcoming.
