"The rooms were very nice and the staff was very friendly and easy to contact. The hotel was up in the mountains and far away from every where. Nothing is in waking distance. They were doing construction on the outside of the building while we were there. The Manager denied having a booking - which was made and paid for in January, and he made no effort to help us resolve the issue which was in fact his error - clearly he had overbooked. At 7 pm we had to find another place to stay with a festival on in town and no rooms anywhere. Such a horrible experience. "
