"No A/C for the first two days of my 4 day stay. Housekeeping stole my one of a kind “braid” shower cap. When I reported it, no one cared. Buffet was the best place to eat. All other restaurants were bland or just downright nasty tasting. The Steakhouse was horrible. Hibachi grill (Shakura ) was okay. Definitely not worth the $1700.88 I spent. Save yourself the headache and money and go elsewhere. Mist of the staff was professional and friendly but the ones who weren’t should find another job. Pool is only 3 ft deep so no swimming. If you’re privileged you can go to the ocean but make sure you have swimming shoes because the rocks in the water will cut you. Check In was very unorganized, there’s always a line no matter what time of day you go to talk to someone. Room Service does not answer calls so it’s non existent. Overall, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DON’T GO TO OCEAN EDEN BAY ADULTS ONLY. GARBAGE RESORT AND COMPOUND."
