"Overall Excellence Oyster Bay was great. I would add there was a rush job in doing a total bathroom clean just prior to me entering my room for the first time. I had to clean the floor myself because I thought it was unsanitary. Also, the used towels were not removed from the bathroom one of the four days I was there. I did find that if you alert the front desk of any of these issues they were prompt with a resolution. It was just not a good look to have the bathroom needing a full cleaning before I entered the room for the 1st time. There was also a twelve hour period were the resort had no running water. I fell the resort visitor should he given some compensation for that. Even with these issues Excellence Oyster Bay is a beautiful place and I hope to visit again. I just hope they inspect the bathrooms for cleanliness before turning the rooms over to guests. I saw about 6 other resorts in the Montego Bay/Ocho Rios area and I would say Excellence in the best by a good margin. Again I think a credit/compensation is durle for the time the water was not running."
