"A good stay overall despite of the long line during check in, and the receptionist giving me order when it was my turn, to block the door (with a little attitude) since other clients struggle to open and close it."

"The facility and room were nice. A couple of things to consider - it is out of the Lyon city center and takes a bit to get to. Also there are limited options for dining in the area. Construction was going on behind the hotel that started early so that was pretty disruptive, but not something in the hotel's control. Staff were very friendly and helpful. And there was a laundry right across the street!"
