"it seemed like this hotel catered to long-term rentals. The hallways were very smelly. They were things left out in the hallway outside of rooms. We were considering changing hotels, but it was late and decided just to stay. We did not try the breakfast as we did not feel comfortable eating at this location."

"I have stayed at the sandman for many years. This time it was not the best. Hot tub jets didn’t work. Ice machine did not work. Room felt very muggy and like the carpet was wet. Not a very good experience. Brought issues to the staff attention and was gifted money toward the restaurant."

"Room was good, reasonable-ish rate. Clean and quiet for the price. We kept getting locked out of the room as the cards for the lock would expire way before we were done with the room. Annoying to have to go to the desk for replacement keys twice. Kids enjoyed the pool. Lots of parking. Comfortable beds. Good location for going out to see things. Feel like it was a safe area. "They didn’t honour the reservation (two beds) despite booking a month in advance. Waited half an hour for check in on a Friday night with only one person on the desk. Walked a mile to the room. Heard the music from the casino or the lounge till the wee hours of the morning. Positives: allows pets and the kids liked the slide. The staff is very friendly as well."

"The hotel is located between two very busy road and we were allocated a room on the busiest road nothing good for a good sleep, we ask for a change of room and got a room on the less busy street. Both room were very clean, however the carpet in the hallway is wearout and dirty, everywhere."

"House keeping rarely came and when they did they did only one bed and not vacuumed rug, never really fully clean as expected as other hotels. overall good hotel and helpful and nice staff at front, good security and communication via text."
