"When we arrived the owner greeted us and showed us to a lovely room we had booked, we only stayed the one night en route to our holiday destination and found the room clean and very comfortable . we were given lots of local information to find a bistro in the local town of Aunay sur Odon. The breakfast was well received and presented in a pleasant manner by Thom who was charming . we will have to come again next year and well worth a visit especially for a qiuck over night and as in our case...

"Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Gute Anbindung. Ruhige Lage, es ist leise in der Nacht und das Zimmer kann gut abgedunkelt werden. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Einziges Manko, was aber nicht weiter in meine Gesamtwertung reinfließt, ist, dass die Matratze etwas durchgelegen war."

It also had the peace and quiet of the countryside yet just within a 45 minute drive of all of these beautiful historic sites along scenic country roads. "The room was clean with tea/coffee making facilities. A good view of the town. The attached restaurant was very nice, as was the food. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh with fresh bread, cheeses, coffee, juices, cold meat selection, jams, yoghurt. Very nice. Bathroom very clean and heating was very welcome on a very cold day."
