"Positive: location, the peaceful feeling of a country house, the view on the fields and horses, cozy apartment.
Room for improvement: all 3 mattresses were sagging/broken, we all basically slept on springs.
The radiator of the 2 single beds room was so noisy we had to turn it off.
Wifi very weak but I guess it does not depend on the owners."

"On arrival, the receptionist were rude And talking over us once checked into our room 313 it was out of date stains on the walls and dusty plus the TV was hidden me under the pillar. She couldn’t watch anything anyway the sleep was awful. Mattress was prehistoric and the pillows were flat as pancakes and small then went down for breakfast. Breakfast buffet was cold. Bread was still and coffee took 45 minutes to actually get to our table after eating our awful breakfast"

"Room was a good size. Plenty of free on site car parking. Only a few min9r niggles which detracted from an otherwise good experience. "3 Horse shoes was great, for some reason our bedroom got mixed up, was supposed to have a family room but got a double. Staff sorted the issue, i dont know but apparenty is was an Expedia mix up. Issue was sorted by the morning even though we arrived late, cool pub with a kids soft play and decent playground. Foods nice, staff great....."
