The hotel is accessible only by cable car (surcharge) at Bettex Saint Gervais, open from 9 AM-4:30 PM. Guests may park their cars in the Bettex car park (spaces are limited). The hotel is located 875 yards (800 metres) from the cable car arrival point. The property provides horse-drawn carriage transfers from the arrival point to the hotel, and porter service is available. The hotel advises guests to confirm the gondola timetable, as the hotel is not responsible for missed gondola transfers.
