"It took 3 requests & 3 hours to bring up a rollaway bed. We stayed 3 nights without room cleaning, even I requested on 2nd & 3rd days. It took more than 1 hour & a followed up request to receive clean towels. Other problem is 2 hand rails in the pool were loosed."

"Great stay. Lovely pool, solid hotel restaurant. Beautiful room and comfortable bed. Not the most convenient location in the city, but it's a half hour subway ride to downtown/Old Montreal, and the station is a block away. Plus the free parking is tough to come by on the island. Plenty of other guests, but never felt "packed in.""

"I stayed in room 502. There was a stain on the floor by the door to get into the unit. I informed front desk which offered me a new room. When I went to check the new room, it felt like someone had just left from that unit because the first thing I noticed is that there was missing coffee pods so I refused to take the new room and stuck with 502.
