Man on reception was extremely helpful and sorted a room but we had to pay again. The room was spacious and clean but someone had used the toilet and it had not been flushed! ..."

"Great centrally located property, the Residence is a two minute walk from the hotel. No air conditioning and the bed was very uncomfortable. Clean, bright little studio apartment. You have to wear a swimming cap in the pool and spa."
